I already have an electronic medical records, how can I migrate all my data?
Most of the software on the market does not offer automatic data export. Our teams can offer you a manual migration of all your data to NextMotion Consult (additional cost).
Can I use NM Consult without the NextMotion Capture app?
Yes, absolutely. NextMotion Consult has been designed as a full-fledged EMR that can operate independently of our other solutions.
What happens with my data if I want to stop my subscription?
All our offers are non-binding, so you can stop them at any time. From the settings of NextMotion Consult, it is possible to export your patient list as well as all of your data (media and documents) in one click.
What happens when I reach the storage limit of 50 GB included in my subscription?
We offer 50GB of cloud storage with all of our subscriptions. This makes it possible to secure them on our medical cloud and to view them from any iOS device and / or from your software package.
Beyond this limit if you do not wish to take advantage of cloud storage, all your data (media and documents) will remain stored locally in the iPhone / iPad which will have been used to generate this data. They will no longer be viewable on your other iOS devices or on the web. If you lose your iOS device which contains your data, you will not be able to find it again.
Can I download my data to a hard disk drive?
Yes, absolutely. It is possible to download all of its data on a hard drive. They will be available in the form of files which will contain all the media of your patients (photos and videos) sorted in chronological order AND an Excel file which will list all of your patients as well as their contact details.
Are the "patient account" and the video consultation included in my subscription?
Yes, absolutely. The NextMotion Consult subscription allows you to create as many patient accounts as necessary and to take advantage of our video consultation module.
Where is my data stored? Are they protected?
Your data is stored on an approved health data host (HDS) located in your country. We use the services of AWS which has all the necessary certifications for their fully secure storage. The control of this data is carried out by our partner Coreye who ensures the integrity and the smooth running of storage and maintenance operations.
