This privacy policy describes how Nextmotion SAS processes the personal data collected via the nextmotion.net website and as part of the commercial relationship with its prospects and customers.

For the processing carried out as part of the Nextmotion Services (platform, application, connectors), it is supplemented by the Personal Data Protection Addendum (DPA) attached to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale signed by each Subscriber, and by the GDPR page, which details the technical and organizational measures applicable to health data.

1. Data controller

For the processing carried out on the nextmotion.net website and as part of the commercial relationship with prospects and customers, Nextmotion SAS acts as the data controller within the meaning of Article 4(7) of the GDPR.

3. Data collected on nextmotion.net

The nextmotion.net website collects the following categories of data:

Browsing data

IP address, connection data, pages viewed, time spent, browser type, screen resolution, country of connection, via the cookies and trackers described in section 7.

Contact data

Last name, first name, email address, phone number, name of the organization (practice, clinic), profession, country, when you complete a contact form, a demo request, a webinar registration or a newsletter subscription.

Commercial data

History of commercial exchanges with our teams, content of the demonstrations carried out, needs expressed, information shared as part of your qualification.

5. Retention periods

The retention periods applied are as follows:

  • Active prospecting data: 3 years from the last contact
  • Active customer data: duration of the contractual relationship, plus the applicable statutory limitation periods
  • Connection data and technical logs: 12 months maximum
  • Invoicing data: 10 years (accounting and tax obligations)
  • Analytics cookies: 13 months maximum

6. Data recipients

The data is processed by:

  • The commercial, marketing, support, legal and technical teams of Nextmotion SAS, strictly within the scope of their mission
  • The processors of Nextmotion SAS: hosting providers, marketing and CRM tool providers, payment providers, chartered accountants, lawyers
  • Administrative or judicial authorities where required by law

9. Data transfers outside the European Union

Some of our processors (marketing, CRM and analytics tools) may process data from countries located outside the European Union. In such cases, Nextmotion SAS ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, in particular through the signing of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, in accordance with Article 46 of the GDPR.

10. Security

Nextmotion SAS implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against any unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction. Nextmotion SAS may amend this privacy policy, in particular to take account of legislative, regulatory or technical developments. The version in force is the one published on this page. We encourage you to consult it regularly.
